I don't think I will ever order from…

I don't think I will ever order from Shindigz again.
My order arrived late which was after my event! I tried to contact someone in regards to returning the item. Unfortunately, you have to pay for your on shipping on returns, which was going to cost $90 for a $200 purchase that was received late. You can never speak to anyone by phone. It's chat only and they don't even respond to that??? After days and weeks of no one contacting me, I finally received a rude and disrespectable email. Let me kindly share the email and you be the judge:
" I don’t know what an RMA is. I also don’t understand why we would send you a shipping label. If you are trying to return the items, you ordered we don’t pay for return shipping. We also don’t use phones for customer service. Our customer service is through Live Chat and the contact us form. Live Chat is available Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm EST".
UMMMM. First, do your research before sending an email to a customer! They should know what a RMA is as shipping is what Shindigz does. Second, for future information a RMA is "return merchandise authorization" Shindigz. Third, if I'm trying to get "RMA", I need a return shipping label because I should not have to pay for shipping for something that was received late! Last, the item did not meet expectation of what appeared on the website. It was a huge picture frame that look real like. However, I received a cheap looking thin cardboard that looked like something I made. It wasn't worth the price sold for! Sign.... Pissed Customer!

I had the same experience as all these…

I had the same experience as all these other reviews- paid expedited s&h and got the items much later than expected. Did not get the items in time for the event they were planned to be used in. Trying to get a refund on my expedited S&h was impossible. Horrible customer care- number isn’t published, they suggest chatting function but they are only open limited hours, sent MULTIPLE messages to them originating from their own websites—- crickets- didn’t hear a thing… just silent. Would not recommend ordering from them- if anything goes wrong (and it sounds like it often does)- you will have no recourse. Horrible customer service.

Yay! I received my order today

I am changing my review from 1 star to 3. I received my products today and they really look great, and just in time for Halloween! This is such a unique business and I would like to order from them again, however they really need to get their act together. They have way too many bad reviews.Their customer service needs to improve and they need deliver product as promised.

Never Received Order

I needed a poster for my daughter for Homecoming in cheer and ordered one on 10/9/21, paid more for extra shipping so it would come by the following week. Never received the poster and now that I want to get my money back since I never received it, there is no way to contact them. I tried emailing, the live chat (which is always "busy"), and I tried calling which no one ever answers. Horrible!

ZERO Customer Service

I ordered 11 Big Heads for senior night. Of the 11, one is so blurry you get dizzy and the other is so dark I'm not sure you can see a face. I called them and forget it. They direct you to do a Live Chat. I did that and was #52 in the queue. After 2 hours of waiting, I get Victoria who tells me to email her pictures of them. I did that. No reply. Live Chat isn't even available all the time. No follow up. Basically there is NO customer service. So mad. Wish I saw all these reviews before I ordered.

Thanks Shindigz for coming thru!!! I know they were hit hard by Covid w/production time. Although there was a delay with my order, after emailing them they responded. They were kind enough to expedite shipping so that my order arrived in time for my event…very thankful to them for coming through!! Once again you did not disappoint, the banner is beautiful!! Happy customer for the past 11 years!!! I did contact the BBB with my concern and action by Shindigz was taken promptly to come to a satisfying resolution. I didn’t threaten but simply said I would like my item to be delivered in time for my event, so that I can give them a 5 star review as I’ve done in the past ;)

Very Dissapointed

I ordered and paid for items for our school's Homecoming Dance and the main items have not arrived. A metallic Eiffel Tower and 2-foot light-up letters. I used the form on Contact Us several times with crickets in return. There is no phone number on the website for customer service and when I click on the Online Chat button I get sorry we can not chat due to Covid. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but no more. I will use Anderson's from now on.

DO NOT USE

Ordered and paid $90.00 for expedited shipping by a specific date. No response, no update to the order and customer service is not helpful. The order alone was over $300.00.

No telephone contact number and the customer service rep "Katie" who I spent over 2 hours in a two day period ended our chat without a resolution.

Senior class will not have their banners for their recognition day that some parents traveled thousands of miles to attend.

Worst website and customer service EVER

This has been the WORST experience EVER! Zero access to customer service - no phone number, live chat starts at 30 min wait then bounces to 180 min wait and no one lets me know you've received my email. Your site glitches and fails to upload and there is no way to cancel the order which has not even started processing. DO NOT USE

100% Satisfied

Despite the negative reviews, after chatting with Karin in customer service, I purchased a Homecoming proposal banner. Order was placed 09/28/21 and received 10/04/21. Great quality and we couldn't be happier. Also chatted with Kate on Facebook and she was very helpful as well. Would definitely order from this company again.
